Poor service and bad quality products!

<p>I received a set of bangles from Lovisa as a Christmas gift. Not even a month later they started to look worn as if I had them for years. I went to Lovisa Kolonnade on the 28th of January and asked the lady behind the counter to exchange them, I showed the receipt and they were in their original packaging. Immediately two other ladies confronted me, so there were 3 of them standing in front of me telling me almost 5 ridiculous reasons why they look worn and that it is supposed to be like it because it is "custom made", whatever that means. They also said if I want bangles which I want to wear regularly I should go to NWJ. I eventually gave up after feeling intimidated and said that I won't ever buy from them again, I walked out and they laughed at me behind my back. What horrible experience! The staff is unprofessional, they are definitely not qualified to do their job. I won't ever buy from Lovisa again, the quality of their products are very poor. This aren't the first time I had to exchange something I bought from Lovisa. I will definitely advise people not to buy anything at Lovisa! </p>
