Poor service

I ordered from Lovisa Jewellery for the first time recently and I must say the service was horrible, Firstly it took longer for me to get my order which was 12 working days while on their website its written 7 -10 working days

When I finally received my order ,1 item was missing ,I tried to call their call center using the number '*** ' but it didn't go through to a call center, instead I was told to leave a message like ***!

I hope they will get back to me as soon as possible because this is unacceptable, I cannot pay for 5 items and receive 4 items ,WORSE after waiting for so long!!!
