Poor customer service and experience! With the staff!

Lovisa Clearwater Mall has the most unprofessional staff. Their customer service is a minus 5 stars. They are arrogant and rude. They have no way of speaking to customers. Everyone who worked in the store today on heritage day should be fired if you ask me. It’s hard to find someone to assist you and when they do they are so rude! Also they are very ******! And that on heritage day in South Africa!
