POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Good day

I bought 6 sets of earrings at Lovisa on Nicol at 10:34:30 as we are having a work event . I took them back to my boss and she says she did not like them can I take them back and get something different which i then took back within the hour. I have the till slips to prove it.

The two store assistance would not allow me to speak to a manager who is apparently on leave and nobody else is in charge and I could not exchange the earrings due to their policy you could see the earrings where not removed from there packaging. I had to buy another two set and that tills slip time was 11:25:43 so within the hour I took them back but no they would not exchange and I could not speak to a manager poor customer service .

Easy exchange policy I do not think so
