Piercings at Lovisa Mall of the South done by an amateur

A week ago on Friday, I went to pierce with my sister at Lovisa Mall of the South. Lovisa does not train its employees on piercing. The lady who pierced us had no experience none whatsoever and I told her to be gentle and not just jump on the ear to just shoot but instead she acted as if she knew what she was doing. After piercing me, she continued to pierce my sister still acting as if she knows and she hurt her so badly. ffwd to today, we’re on our way to the hospital because the one earring has disappeared inside the earlobe and her ear is swollen. Lovisa don’t just allow your employees to pierce people even if they don’t know how to pierce. Take them for training. Hear me, not all the ladies don’t know how to pierce but this particular lady. It feels like we’re in a nightmare because of this lady 😭😭😭😭
