Piercing went totally wrong by unskilled staff

My worst experience ever and i will never st my foot at Lovisa jewellery. In February 05-22 on my birthday i went to pierce my ears at Lovisa jewellery Mooirivier mall Potchefstroom-North-West. The lady who pierced my ear was not skilled for the task, she literally pierced my ear twice on the same spot. I followed the instrustions for the healing process but till today i am still in pain... I really regret going there... rather go to the Pharmacy Not LOVISA!!!!!
