Lovisa in Sandton City has highly disappointed me! I went in for a nose piercing and two days layer the ring keeps falling out as it hasn't been properly secured. I have tried contacting them multiple times, but I am not getting assisted. Now I have to take the ring out because the fiddling is bound to get my nose infected. I have also been told to buy a new nose ring if I'm not happy with this one or secure if with a plaster, which has proven to be fruitless as it lifts soon after I remove the plaster.

I am extremely disappointed by their lack of empathy towards my situation, especially as a first timer in their shop and overall piercings!

What a waste of money, courage and pain!
