pathetic service

I went to the branch at East rand Mall on Sunday and bough a set of 3 nose rings. the cashier told me that she will email me the receipt, still did not received it. After I phoned them I was first told by manager she cant pick up any transaction and 5 min later found the transaction. she told me she will whatsapp it and still waiting. The packet with nose rings is sealed in a closed packaging and was not openend. I phone the manager and explained its not a open packaging and is still sealed but the product is wrong. she then refused and said no refund. I do understand if the earrings is open you cant refund for hygiene reasons, but how can a close packaging with earrings me hygiene issue. I then phoned again and asked for the regional manager number. and the number is constant on voice note. This is pathetic as I wasted R150 on something that has no hygiene issues and management that don't even bother to have their phones on.
