Pathetic service at Lovisa Galleria!!

I went into the Lovisa store at Galleria today with my mum, the staff had no interest in customers from the time we entered. We needed help so my mum went to the counter to ask for help since no one approached us, she stood there, the lady behind the counter just ignored her & was busy looking at the other staff and laughing, the other 2 ladies were at another corner, the one just turned looked at my mum and turned around again, they were all to busy dancing to the music playing in their store. We walked out without asking for what we needed because we were just being ignored as if we were interrupting their "dancing" time. The service in this store is absolutely pathetic.
