Pathetic online service from Lovisa Jewelry

Hi, please don't ever order online from Lovisa Jewelry. Their delivery service is pathetic from Dawn Wing. I made an online order on the 27th of November and until now I have not received my order LOVSAF19064. Dawn wing delivery service will ring me once and thats it. If I don't answer my delivery of my order is canceled which is pathetic because I have given my delivery address when I purchased online on Lovisa jewelry website. No where does it say my delivery is subject to a phone call from Dawn wing and if I miss that call my order gets canceled. I am working and I am not on my phone every single minute of the day.I am a first time customer of Lovisa and this will be my last time. Please don't purchase from this store online because they are quick to take your money but when it comes to getting what you paid for, its an endless wait.
