Pathetic online customer service

Lovisa online services are very poor. Online information with their delivery company and the updates from Lovisa directly are total opposites. Email from Lovisa promising good to be delivered at a certain time frame not true, all lies.

Their delivery company is also poor. The driver from fast Way that had to package kept speaking lies about delivery my goods. Wanted to through my fragile parcel over the fence onto the brick paving when he did arrive after 2 days of what was confirmed on email. When you call Lovisa help desk they keep cutting the call off whilst speaking.

Will never purchase any more products from Lovisa online going forward. It's all one big frustration with the pathetic delivery service and poor customer care from their help desk.
