Overcharging and Arrogance

I was at Lovisa in Clearwater Mall. The most arrogant man trying to overcharge a 6 year old child wanting to buy a necklace and earrings. If you buy 6 pairs of earrings it will cost you R100 (and he insisted that we buy 6 pairs) but if you buy only 1 pair you do not pay the R30 marked price. It will now cost you more. I obviously made a scene and he 'did me a favour' by charging the marked price. Then you want to pay with a mall gift card and all of a sudden the gift card system is offline. Funny that any other card works. Lovisa will never see me again.
