Online support was amazing - Gloria helped me

I had an awesome experience with the online support! I was really hoping to buy a set of necklaces, but as I was about to buy them they went out of stock online, so I sent a request to ask if they could check if they had any in store and Gloria helped me narrow down the search and not only found one, but phoned the store to ask them to keep it aside for me until I could go and fetch it. I just purchased it today and they had it waiting for me as promised. It was on sale too which was an awesome surprise.
