Not happy at all

Twice now I've purchased items and never received the receipt which they say they'll email. This time I double checked my email address before leaving the store. I now need to exchange a necklace and I don't have my receipt. Sucks that I have to go to the store I purchased from as it's far from me. I wish they could just provide our receipts upon purchase as they don't allow exchanges without a receipt but will take your money and not provide a receipt!
