Norma team member 32190

I don’t know what it is with lovisa and kids. I’m absolutely disgusted with the service. I took my 9 year old into the lovisa in Sandton city. The teller gives her a dirty look like what do u want here and she stomped my kid into a freeze.I’m a paying customer note that. Then she the teller Norma completely ignores us and I need to pay she turns her back and casually starts a convo with someone else. Just wanna know is it a problem or issue serving customers. Honestly Hyde park is amazing. The staff in Hyde park is amazing. I really think Norma should work where there isn’t people or kids cos she’s not helpful and really the attitude is something else. I’m sure there’s cameras take a look
