No transparency on prices

Very disappointed with the customer service at the Louisa Stores. Have had bad customer service at The Glen shopping center and today Mall of the South. The stores are not transparent with the sales tags. They put a 60% ad but the items are at full price. I wanted to purchase 4 for R200 and chose 4 items. When I went to the cashier I was told that the one item is at full cost.
