NEVER AGAIN

<p>Its so shocking to see that LOVISA ROSEBANK doesnt care about customers at all. I used to love shopping at ROSEBANK.but now i will spend my hard earned money else where.The ladies that work there has no respect for customers at all.nobody helps you to fine items u want. every thing is so mixed up , I can say by far that store is by far the wrost Lovisa store .even when i got to the till a very rude lady never greeted me never said a word just grabed my stuff scanned it throw them into a plastic and never gave me a till slip i was so upset about every thing i didnt look for it untill i got home . so i added every thing up and noticed i was over charged by R245.</p> <p> </p> <p>I went back into the store a day later spoke to her, </p> <p>her responce was she doesnt remember me at all she even went as far as saying that im lying</p> <p>so i asked for her manager, she said she is the manager,which i later learnt was a lie as she is an assistant manager.</p> <p> </p> <p>LOVISA WHAT TYPE OF STAFF DO YOU GUYS HAVE WORKING AT ROSEBANK,</p> <p>AN ASSISTANT MANAGER ??? WHO IS ROBBING PEOPLE AND THE MOST RUDEST PERSON IN THAT MALL.</p> <p> </p> <p>LOVISA WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN...</p>
