Lovisa.com offers Terrible service. DO NOT BUY at Lovisa.com!!!!!!

I ordered online to get two more rings like the one I bought in-store. Phoned to make sure they knew the product code and photograph does not match online. Was told they'll check that they get me the item on the photo and not the item listed by the incorrect product code. Guess what? They sent the wrong items. Unacceptable service, simply trashy attitude toward clients. So disappointed - wonder if they understand English?
