Simphiwe! A special thank you to you! I have had the most amazing service from a particular branch, Lovisa Woodmead. Simphiwe was kind and very informative. Went out of her way to find a particular piece of jewellery that had very important symbolism for me. Not only did she go out of her way, she managed to help me on the phone, asking the right questions to locate it for me within the store, being the last one available at the Woodmead branch. Some of the other branches simply said they had lots of jewellery and would not be able to help me and past me off to another branch. Simphiwe, thank you for your efforts and for making my day so very special. You are a fantastic woman and Lovisa is lucky to have such a talented and thoughtful employee.
