Lovisa where is the love

<p>so I went into my nearest Lovisa being northgate to return items I had bought a week ago and did not end up using. First I got told they cannot exchange earring which I had never used which I understand. Then the daily refund limit had been reached. I had to tell the teller to phone the manager and when I asked how long it would be considering I have now been waiting more than 15 min without any information the assistant tells me to go the Clearwater otherwise I have to wait. I had to demand a time where after she called the IT guy all the while arguing with me and giving attitude. You may work in a fancy store Amanda Nkosi but you do not neck work your customer. Totally unacceptable service. As I type this message I am STILL waiting without any updates as to what is happening or how long it will take. I am not le waiting 25 min. </p>
