Lovisa Vaal Mall - floor attended with Nasty attitude

I went to Lovisa Vaal mall earlier looking for hair accessories. I went over to the cashier to ask if there was anyone on the floor to assist. She then ponited to a lady on the floor. Whom I then asked where the hair accessories are. She had such a nasty attitude from when I greeted her. She then pointed me to some unclear direction .Lovisa is such a small store I don't think it would have hurt to just go a little extra for a customer who needed help and recommendations. Businesses close down on a daily basis but a customer experience in a shop stays forever !
