LOVISA V&A WATERFRONT is a nightmare

The servise I received on the 18th July at Lovisa V&A Waterfront was the worst horrible service ever from on of the ladies at your V&A Waterfront store, I do not have a name as all three ladies were without name tags, what bothered me the most is the fact that your employee had the audacity to yell at me in front of other customers and my own child and I quote "even if you can report me I don't care, you don't know me". That was the worst experience ever. Now that I'm home and thought this through that lady needs serious customer service skills please do remove her from your front line as she is danger to your brand
