<p>I bought Jewelry at Lovisa Sandton. While paying I left a Mac paper bag that had new make up that I had just bought. When I got to parking lot I came realised I had forgotten my Mac bag at the store counter when I paid. I spoke to the manager, she told me the person who has serves me had left. The other lady who was also working at the store confirmed that she had seen my mad bag on the counter but wasn't sure who it belong to. I asked for footage she told me I couldn't get it because od a "network issue ". Sandton security advised me to ask them for their head office number. I called head office spoke to Rayno Lisbon who took longer then a week to feedback when I called them because he wouldn't give me feedback. The claim is there was no machine back seen on the camera. I know they protecting their thriving stuff because if it had been a customer who stole it they would have said. This is very disappointing that a store can be so dodgey. I am very upset and I am going to open a case against the till I am satisfied. </p>
