Still waiting for my order or even confirmation that it has been shipped. Every time I email I get the same automated response email. If you phone it goes straight to voicemail. Big mistake ordering from Lovisa. They take your money and don't deliver and you can not get hold of them. Disgusting that they advertise daily specials etc, then take your money and you don't receive your goods. BIGGEST **** COMPANY!!!
