LOVISA **** SILVER AND INFECTED PIERCING

It's always non existant customer feedback from Lovisa. How does sterling silver earrings change color and lose the stones after a few uses. Why is my piercings still sore after 2. 5 months. Why won't you offer customer service? Why don't you care that people are unhappy with your overpriced **** silver stuff. I even went into lovisa Pavillion and the staff are so reluctant to help like my complaint is the 1st in the history of the brand... I left a message with Ayanda. While in the store, she asked if i want to remove my surgical studs and let it close up? Really? WHY WOULD I DO THAT AND WILL LOVISA PAY FOR THE NEXT PIERCING OR GIVE ME BACK ALL THE MONEY I WASTED!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING
