Lovisa Sandton Bad Service

Very disappointed with the staff at Lovisa Sandton

I called the store to ask what time they close on Sunday 6th December. I was told 6pm.

I arrive at 5.47pm to find the doors closed, the cashier said to the manager she told us 6pm on the phone, the manager was not impressed and told the cashier to please tell people they close at 5.45 because the taxis leave fast on Sundays.

They opened the door and were really not happy with us choosing what we needed, we were then told we have 5min to be done.

Found this extremely rude.

Dont think I will be shopping at Lovisa Sandton again.

Clearly the staff dont need the sales.
