Lovisa Online Zero Star

I used the online service for the first time and I am extremely disappointed.

I constantly had to track my order because no dispatch details are provided. Then later in the day a note was updated on the link "invalid address on parcel" This is the same address I use for ALL my online orders! And no one attempted to contact me to verify the address. When I phones customer care twice, I was on hold for such a long time that I decided to hanging up.

I don't know where my order is. I don't know the way forward from here. This kind of service is appalling.
