Lovisa online the absolute WORST!

Lovisa's online service and experience is the absolute worst. It's a pity this website doesn't give you an option to give a 0 out of 5 stars. After more than a month I emailed them to ask 'what's up' and they said it got lost somewhere! No communication, no follow up, terrible service. Never again will I ever order from Lovisa online.
