Lovisa online is bad

I placed an order on the 30th of July.I immediately received an email confirming that the order has been processed and I will receive the tracking details in the next 2-5 days. I had to call them 12 days after on nit receiving any communication and only then my order was been allocated to the courier. If I didn't call , no one would have updated me on anything.Lovisa's online Is bad, really bad.
