Lovisa - no way to contact them

I have purchased goods before from Lovisa South Africa for delivery and received them with no issues. My latest purchase took weeks before I could see progress on tracking the delivery and then was suddenly "delivered" but not to me. I tried calling the contact centre a number of times to inform them that I hadnt received my goods, with no answer. I then tried contacting them via social media platforms - still no answer and acknowledgement. I am out of pocket with nothing to show for it
