Lovisa Nicolway - Manager rude and unreasonable.

This is the first time that I purchased from Lovisa - The Nicolway store. A relative of mine has purchased from another store and been happy. I was told that my slip would be emailed. I put in my details, reluctantly and received nothing. I bought a "crown" and didn't wear it. The price tag is still on it. I tried to exchanged it. First no one was interested in helping me because I didn't have a slip. After phoning my husband the shop assistant called the manager who was incredibly rude. She claimed that the sore policy is not to exchange good after four weeks. There is no policy displayed in the store. The product is still available in the store. I still have a crown.
