Lovisa my heart goes boom boom for you!!!

I just want to really commend Lovisa Southgate's manager Racine for being a saviour.

I recently bought a new favourite to my collection of earrings from Lovisa for my 6th year wedding vow renewal. Only to have 1 of the earrings later break.

Went to the store to ask if it could be fixed. Racine asked to see if she could fix it for me. But it was beyond repair. Was heartbroken cause everytime I wear these earrings, I wear them with the intention of reliving my special day.

She said come back I'll see what I can do for you. I had hope. Went and came back shortly. She told me they can replace my earrings with a new pair. I didn't have the other earring with me. I left the store immediately to go fetch the other earring from home before she could change her mind.

My day was made, plus I got myself 3 pairs of earrings for the price of one on the same day.
