Thank you to the awesome customer service from the sales assistant at lovisa kolonnade mall Pretoria. She pierced my daughter's ears on the 2/6 2026. And despite my daughter being scared and screaming, she remained calm, kind and friendly. ❤️ She was so sweet. I know from experience that retail and customers are not the easiest job, but you kind lady, handled like a pro (even better then her mom lol) thank you, my daughter loves her earrings
