Lovisa jewellery poo quality

I have observed increasingly poor quality of jewellery available on the shelves of Lovisa. I have bought a number of pieces now that are broken or have missing stones that requires you to either just give up hope or at great expense to yourself have to try and exchange the item. I would recommend to ALL buyers to carefully inspect their items before actually paying for it. One would hope that this is actually a function performed by their staff to verify pieces on the shelves regularly for defects or at least do that basic check at check out time prior to taking payment
