Lovisa is great.

Hmm, there's a lot of negative reviews about this place, but fortunately mine is a positive one. I've visited the Cavendish Square branch numerous times and I have no complaints. Staff are friendly and helpful, there's always some sort of sale/ discount thing happening and just a great selection of jewellery, etc available. I enjoy Lovisa in general because I have a lot of ear piercings and they are mostly affordable. (A suggestion: it would be great if your staff are properly trained to use needles for piercings instead of the "gun". Your brand will become even more popular!)
