Hi I bought earrings from Lovisa 2nd time and still they changed color, the lady who helped me out told me to buy from their premium rage and I won’t have a problem, the earrings have changed color and my ears hurt because I have sensitive ears I went to the store in Eastgate and was told there’s nothing they could do and this is happening for the 2nd time.
