Lovisa Eastgate has the unfriendliest staff!

I made a purchase at Lovisa in Eastgate today. The two ladies who work there are both exceptionally rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. The are not eager to assist at all. Instead of helping customers, they bark orders at customers in the store and then have the audacity to flash firstly glances at customers who dare to complain about the utter lack of service and enthusiasm. I normally shop at Lovisa at Mall of the South, and never have I received unsatisfactory service from the ladies who work there. In fact, at Lovisa Mall of the South, the ladies are kind, courteous, friendly and extremely helpful.

Lovisa Eastgate, your ladies need to be replaced if you wish to maintain some sort of customer base!
