Lovisa mall of the south accidentally shot my babies earing in scew, due to a lack of space when we held her. They told me to take it out, and they will redo it after two weeks.

We are quite far from there so took a chance and went to see if east rand mall might redo for us, not only did they redo for free, they gave her things to occupy her, they were sweet to her, made her feel comfortable and treated everything very professional. Ill recommend that store any day.
