Customer service from lovisa online is pathetic black Friday the 27th I ordered online the special 5 pairs of earrings for R100 as added Christmas gifts . I get the parcel on the 23 December!!!! Then I open and only has 4 pairs of earings. Really!!!!! Then I contact customer service they reply they sorry but its out of stock now they'll refund me a R20 So I as the customer lose out on the special cause of their negligence this is pathetic I can clearly se they don't get taught and care a out customer service just going on hello peter so concerning
