LOVISA BAD SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE

On receiving the bag my mother didn't check the shopping bag to check if the ring were in the it because it is the shop assistants job to make sure it was in the bag she took the bag just the way the shop keeper gave it to her and she then put it directly in her handbag. Came home and discovered that the ring was not in the bag and not in her handbag as well she even looked in the car. I went back to the shop and explained the situation the first lady that I spoke to was polite however the manager was rude as hell they said they put the ring in the shopping bag and that it is my mother in law's job to check the bag. How can a manager speak to clients that way it is very disrespectful. They did not want to help me at all and when I told them that I was going to lay a complaint they told me that I must do it with a no care attitude if head office have the guts to contact me my details are as follows: Morne Strydom *** Hope we can sort out this situation.
