Lovisa at Galleria Mall ****** sales person

Lovisa in Galleria Mall is very ridiculous with their customer service. I took my child for piercing and the Candice sales person and the other guy who is an employee were mean towards my child and ended up hurting my child on the ear leaving her bleeding. Candice who was piercing my child had long nails and was very slow. I even had tell her to ask someone to help her in assisting her in piercing the child. She had no tolerance and was very irritable when they were piercing my child. I think the mistreatment is because I am black or something I don't know but the service is really bad and I'll strongly advise that you don't take your children to pierce at Lovisa store in Galleria Mall. It absolutely ridiculous and inconsiderate and the sales staff are very very nonchalant when it comes to servicing and accommodating kids. They very ****** when it comes to their black customers. They even called my child violent by the male floor workers. How do you tell a two year old is violent and they were hesitant in servicing me. It took us more than 10 min to do the piercing and also leaving my child bleeding.

I never want anything to do with this Lovisa ****** brand. They are ********* and do not consider their customers.
