Lovisa and M24Logistics worst service

Lovisa Jewellery online services is the worst! I ordered earrings on the 13th of January and was supposed to get delivery after 48hours. On the 14th I got an email saying order is out for delivery and am in Midrand not very far from their dispatch centre. Today I did a follow up and I was told they are doing a follow up with the courier company and will revert with an update, no update was sent to me.Am soo annoyed with their service and I would never recommend anyone to buy from them online May I get my order please, it’s been more than 48hrs that was promised
