LOVISA a online **** or just RIDICULOUS SERVICE???

I have also purchased items online and have heard nothing from Lovisa since the purchase. I have tried calling numerous times to follow up with Lovisa but just hold on for about 50 minutes only to be put into the front of the queue continuously and eventually to be cut off. When emailing just receive returned emails to show this email has been blocked. This service is honestly ridiculous
