Lovisa

I ordered jewelry from Lovisa as a Christmas gift for someone on the 10 Dec 2020, till today dawn wing did not deliver, they keep saying they have the wrong address, yet it is correct. They promised to deliver yet they ****. The service is totally unacceptable. The call agents at dawn wing are rude, they cut the call while talking to them!! Lovisa should get another courier company!
