late delivery

i have ordered staff for my wedding tommorow i was told i will be getting my staff by Monday i then called and was told i will get it tuesaday the swrvice is so bad on top the Tracking company you use keeps dropping my calls , i could not leave yesterday as i was waiting for my jewelery wich is for me and my brides mate this is a matter of urgency ,i will never buy online at Lovisa again i am beyond angry with the service as i always have to call for updates , i just need my money back today so i can go else where to get jewelery , trackin number OF*******
