lady was disrespectful and bad manners

My experience at Lovisa Jewellery Woodlands Boulevard was entirely horrible on Saturday 25th May 2019. The lady (kgomotso) not sure about the name, She was alone at the store at that time, she was DISRESPECTFUL, EXTREMELY SHOCKING AND UNPROFESSIONAL from the get-go. I am disgusted, I didn’t buy what I was supposed to buy and I refuse to put my foot back in that shop, they need to be reprimanded accordingly because that treatment towards a customer is unacceptable Thanks.
