Kaak service

Hi I am writing this with a huge disappointment. I went to lovisa east rand mall on the 23rd and wanted to buy two watches. I ask the ladies to please take out two watches for me so that I can put the on my wrist and see how they look and I was told they not allowed to do that. I should just tell them which one I want that’s when they can take it out. I insisted and the lady took out one with a very impatient attitude rushing me with a watch. I ended up not even buying any watches. I don’t even know how I even ended up buying earrings cause I was ****ed off.😡

The lady at the counter didn’t even care to greet me when I was paying 😔😔 how do I spend my hard earned money given such kaak attitude and service
