Jewelry quality terrible. Causes allergies

Order was delivered more than a month after being placed. Also emailed for a time frame on delivery and got a computer generated response. The quality of the jewelry is also terrible. I don't have a silver allergy with any other sterling silver jewelry, but the "sterling silver" earrings ordered from Lovisa caused allergies. The same sterling silver jewelry started fading and rusting after less than a week of wear. NEVER supporting them again.

They also hide my comments on Facebook when of the review of their service /jewelry quality.
