Jewellery of poor quality

I purchased 3 products at the lovisa store in bedford center.

2 "letter" rings and one set of sleeper earrings with a silver ball. These were all Christmas presents. Both the rings lost some of their stones on wearing them on one or two ocassions and the earrings broke as my sister in law tried to put them on.

Please indicate what can be done.
