Infection
The customer service was great when I got my ears pierced but a few days later my ears got infected even though I followed the do's and do not's about the piercings , the earings were to tight and it really hurt ,the after solution does not work so I used a sal****er mix to clean my ears, I don't recommend lovisa for piercings ever!!!
